The personality disorder that this person is displaying narcissism. The person only talks about herself and doesn't care about what she says to other people. She puts other people down to make herself look better. The person is excessively preoccupied with issues of personal adequacy, power, and prestige. She also doesn't identify the needs of others and is very arrogant. She is impulsive to the man when he didn't even do anything to her at all. She says that "hes not even worth" talking and being with at all. It's actually quite funny listening to the girl talk because she doesn't make any sense at all.

Response back to you:
You’re right about the Narcissistic Personality Disorder. She really does have some serious narcissism that hurts others and herself frequently. The cure for such illness is not stated in your response. The cures that I had in mind were medical treatment and psychosocial treatments. Hospitalization is a possible solution for patients with severe Narcissistic Personality disorders. Patients who are self destructive with poor reality-testing are only briefly hospitalized for concentrated treatment. However, patients need long-term residential treatment if they have fragile relationship, chronic destructive acting out, and chaotic life styles-- which seems to match the character above. Through specialized psychotherapy, family involvement, and secure environment, patients will become emotionally and physically secure enough. Psychotherapies such as having large community meeting, in which patients reveal their thoughts to doctors and other patients, constructive work assignments, and individual talk session with the doctor,in which the doctor would give respect to the patient’s self-importance but try to make her set limits on her confidence, help patients get better. Medications might help patients calm down but psychotherapy is the most effective treatment for now.
